After confirmation the order , merchandiser booked the fabrics to fabrics mill. After approval of bulk fabric hanger, factory are proceeding to in-house fabrics. They are following below procedure for fabrics receiving and supply to to sewing section.
Merchandiser booking to the supplier

Transfer the document to commercial department for Bank and C&F formalities
↓
Commercial inform store the position of fabric and supply required document for clearing the fabric.
↓
Store received the fabric according to packing list
↓
Store prepares the inventory report.
↓
Make blanket for checking shade and shrinkage test.
↓
Inspect the fabric.
↓
Submit all report to the merchandiser.
↓
Merchandiser orders the cutting according to order sheet.
↓
Cutting section received fabric from store by store requisition.
↓
After cutting the fabric the cutting section supply to the sewing line.
